grant GUIDELINES
EMC Health Foundation grants shall be distributed solely and exclusively to support nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organizations.
The grants shall be used to fund direct healthcare services, wellness programs, health research, health education, and public/private partnerships formed to improve the health of the residents in the EMCHF community.
geographic focus
EMC Health Foundation will provide funding and technical support for nonprofit programs to create healthcare solutions within Stanislaus and Merced counties. The foundation limits its funding to 19 zip codes within the two counties. Those zip codes are:
